These terms apply when you use CourtBoss to manage players and enter tournaments. By creating an account or entering a tournament, you agree to them. Please read the refund policy before you enter.

Who we are

CourtBoss runs registration, draws and results for junior tennis and pickleball tournaments. You can reach us at tourney@courtboss.co or 480-771-5222. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

CourtBoss is operated by Pro Court Partner LLC, Gilbert, AZ.

Accounts

A parent or guardian manages each player and is responsible for their account. Players aged 13 to 17 may have their own login, linked to a parent or guardian. Players under 13 never have their own login. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Entries and payment

Online entries are paid by card through Stripe. CourtBoss never sees or stores your card number. Some tournaments let you pay at the door instead: if you choose that, you must pay before check-in closes, or the spot is released to another player.

Refunds and cancellations

• Withdraw before registration closes: full refund.
• Withdraw after registration closes and before the draw is published: full refund less a $5 processing fee.
• After the draw is published, or if the player does not show up: no refund. In either case the director may ask CourtBoss to approve a refund for a documented injury or illness.
• Tournament cancelled by the organizer before play starts (for example weather, venue problems or too few players): full refund.
• Play starts and weather or the venue stops it: no refund. Results stand as played.

Once a refund is approved, it goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Cash paid at the door is refunded at the desk, or by arrangement with the director if you withdraw before the event. To withdraw or ask for a refund, contact the tournament director or tourney@courtboss.co.

Conduct

Players, parents and spectators follow the tournament director’s instructions. The director may remove anyone from the event, without a refund.

Draws and results

Published draws and results show a player’s name and school only. Our Privacy Policy explains what else we collect and how we use it.

Our service and its limits

CourtBoss is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the entry fees you paid for the tournament concerned.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes. If a change is material, we will tell you on this page or by email before it takes effect.
